I would suggest write a letter to Home Office Direct Communication 2 Marsham Street London SW1P 4DF This is UKVI head office and many time I have observed myself once the matter escalated to them people received response within 4 weeks. Children born in UK doesn't count under Immigration restriction. They don't need visa until or unless the child need to travel out of the UK. I was granted ILR last year in October. I am due to file citizenship application in October. My question it is mandatory to proof 10 years work history?? OR passports are sufficient to proof continious residence.

UC is a tax free top up amount on ur earning. If ur british or hold ILR you can allow to access Public benefits without any restrictions. UC is under ur name. You only need to prove minimum earning thershold to meet financial requirement. UC itself will not effect on ur child application as dependant.
