I am.experiencing the same thing now, they sent me the exact same letter and i haven't emailed them. I sent documrnts by registered post and they sent me the same letter in three days. I am.not waiting for a decision. I just wanted to update them with the new address. How did you get it sorted?

If you still have that five years approval letter from the department of justice than you dont need to reapply for a residence card. You should go back to any of the immigration office to get the remainder of your stamp. This is all written in that letter. You must be accompanied with your EU Citize...
