Re: EU treaty Expired Passport!!

7 month old Irish child? So you have been how long in the State without legal permission? I'm guessing your spouse must be a UK national. You can't move forward with an EU fam application without a valid passport, end of story. You can't get a passport without legal residency, which you do not have...

Re: chenchooliah V Minister For Justice - Important Judgement On Rights Of EU Citizen Spouses.

Sorry to hear all this ( deportation orders of babies) If the minister keeps on treating the immigrants in the same manner, refusing applications on the basis of baseless allegations (e.g: marriage of convenience) And solicitors can't really help than i think everyone should team up and atleast cont...

Very confusing seems like inis doesn't know itself what to do with them. My house mate same case marriage of convenience . Proved . Deportation ordered served.. he appealed on behalf of section 2 ( bcoz he is here over 13 years) then deportation and removed ordered were suspended after judgment and...

Guys i think everyone needs to hold on for a few months, general elections are close. Few years ago Fianna fail had proposed a bill for regularisation of illegal immigrants. Re: Section 3 Application Force Applicant To Breach Employment Permit Act

Re: Citizenship for Stamp4 EUFAM

Well you can apply for naturalisation soon after you are eligible. But your visa is expiring in jan.2021 so the question is what will happen after that? Naturalisation office will ask you for visa info. For an extension you must fill out EUTR3. You are right, some people got their approval in a few ...

Re: Citizenship for Stamp4 EUFAM

Before applying citizenship you would need retention of your residence card EU5(since you are divorcing) and then EU3. There are people on this forum who are waiting years for an answer of a permanent residence card. Have you informed the minister about your saperation yet ? For EU5 you would need a...

Re: chenchooliah V Minister For Justice - Important Judgement On Rights Of EU Citizen Spouses.

@obie i think Applicants case refusals are equivalent to punishments. I wonder if the minister treats non-rep applicants different than the one who hire lawyers to apply on their behalf. In my opinion initially the application form should be submitted by the applicants themselves and then if there a...

Re: chenchooliah V Minister For Justice - Important Judgement On Rights Of EU Citizen Spouses.

Mostly lawyers in ireland seems incompetent. Form EUTR5 clearly states that the applicant provides evidence that the marriage has subsisted atleast 1 year and lasted atleast 3 years whereas the minister requests documents of the EU citizen for the last 5 years which are not requested anywhere in EU5...

At any stage the minister can investigate any marriage between EU and non EU couples. There is no such law which stops them from do...
