I don't know about that service point in Edinburgh. But when I applied on 17th Aug (Saturday), all enhanced service points in Hertfordshire are all fully booked. Re: ILR - Fixed Penalty Point for speeding

Let me share my experience here: I've got a speeding offence 2 years ago for doing 38mph on 30mph. Since it's the first time, I could chose to attend the Speed Awareness Course instead of 3 points + penalty fee and I chose to attend that course. Before I applied ILR, I used this https://www.gov.uk/v...

Re: Ukvcas priority and super priority

I don't think Priority option is not available for ILR Application.

I don't see that on the payment step in online application. I saw only two: Standard and Super Priority.

I just applied it few days ago and I would have chosen it if that option was available.

Re: Questions Regarding with ILR (10 years Route)

Hello,

I couldn't find any documents / types under Mandatory section for my Set (LR) application on UKVCAS website. It's just normal or do I need to choose application visa type somewhere on the UKVCAS website?

Thanks

Thanks.

Re: ILR refused

According to your message, you got the FLR(M) in Sep 2014 and you should have waited until August 2019 to apply ILR. You can apply ILR not earlier than 28 days of your 1st FLR(M) approval date. I think, you will need to submit the new ILR application. Please be careful about this 28 days rule. You d...

Sorry, I missed the point that you have changed your job recently. If you have changed your job within last 6 months, you need to submit 12 months of payslips. And you need to say 'NO' in 7.3A (iii) under YOUR Sponsor column and you should rely on Category B. If I were you, I will submit 12 months p...
