When I gave Biometric, I was lucky that I was the only one queuing for that service at the post office. Probably, it's because 11 AM on Weekday (Friday).

It's been in 7th weeks now... still waiting still waiting...

Hi mate, how is it going? any news? I wonder how does UKVI process the applications? Are they queued based on the date of online application or the date of BM letter sent? BTW, Some one applied on line on Sep 23rd got his BM on Oct 6th and yesterday he got the visa. No news yet. Some people on this...

You don't qualify for ILR as a dependent as you have not been your partners dependent in the UK for visa purposes. In total it should be 6 years. It depends on your employer whether they are requesting for 3+2+1, 2+3+1, 3+3, 4+2 or 5+1.
