What i heard is that they will not consider hours of one employee towards 2nd job,means as many hours he/sho does will cover only one job... I might be wrong this is just my view coz i was thinking same that those who got visas before april 2014 only has to complete 3120 hours but recently few guys ...

as far i know it will be counted 3000 hours but part-time and cant be counted towards second job. it will only cover one job hours (1560), his/her hours beyond 1560 will not be counted towards second job.
