Did you provide the photocopy of the entry exit stamps on the passport ? I guess they do cross check the absence dates on your passport right ?

Yes, everything counts irrespective of whether the absence is weekend, public holidays, work related, personal etc. Paid Personal leave = 125 Work related = 18 Weekend+public holidays = 150 Total = 293. I think you can only find appointments post July 24th as of today ....

Nor can I see any appointments in June any where in UK ...

I dont think you have to deduct this yourself ... but its the case worker who will take the decision as to disregard these days from the total count ...

You still have to list all your absences in the form or separate sheet ...

What was the reason you provided ??? asking this cos there were many such cases of more than 90 days dealt at this PEO with success and the case workers were able to exercise their discretion ... wonder why not this time ?

Considering it takes a day to deliver, it should have been posted the next day itself ...

They would have been better off giving it on the spot

not earlier than 48 days before 1st July ( considering this is when you want to apply)
