Did you provide the photocopy of the entry exit stamps on the passport ? I guess they do cross check the absence dates on your passport right ?

We need to understand how you calculated your absences and how it was presented to the case worker ?

Also how contended was the case worker, did he/she cross check with the stamps on the passport ?

Yes, everything counts irrespective of whether the absence is weekend, public holidays, work related, personal etc. Paid Personal leave = 125 Work related = 18 Weekend+public holidays = 150 Total = 293. I dont think you have to deduct this yourself ... but its the case worker who will take the decision as to disregard these days from the total count ...

You still have to list all your absences in the form or separate sheet ...

If the case worker decides to aggregate your 92 days period then you may be better off living a little longer than 5 year period to make for the extra absence... Thanks Very much for the kind advice. What was the reason you provided ??? asking this cos there were many such cases of more than 90 days dealt at this PEO with success and the case workers were able to exercise their discretion ... wonder why not this time ?
