Yeah, BRP is sufficient to prove your immigration status.

Sometimes same document can cover two or more requirements, so nothing to worry.

Re: British Passport CHILD

If you haven't applied for child's British passport then you could've used the grace period for your travel. Here's what I found in my research: https://www.immigrationboards.com/british-citizenship/mn1-prep-work-queries-t308962-25.html#p2003342 The best option is to go for e-visa, but looks like it...

Re: Online Application - Can it be saved and continued later?

Yes, you can keep draft application and continue to edit as many times as you want. Once you are ready, then you pay and that's when your application gets submitted. When you save draft it will confirm on the screen how long it will be retained and what you need to do (access it at least once in eve...

Re: Skilled Worker Visa Switching & Resigning Question

If you go for super priority you'll get result on the same day (if it's straightforward), so I'd not be tempted to resign before I get visa approved. Maximum delay to start your new job is about a week or 10 days, which the new employer should be ok with. Convince them, but don't put yourself in unn...

Re: Queries on Set(O) Form for PBS dependant

1. Yes
2. Don't you have Tier 2 extension approval letter on which reference number is there?

As long as vaf and CoS are of the same application you can give as it will all match in their records.

Yeah, you can say No in case you don't have those reference numbers.

Re: MN1 prep work - queries

Are there separate sections for document upload for each applicant? In that case it's probably better to upload for each child - they are individual applications and may not be processed all at the same time. Yes, separate sections for both kids, but single MN1 application. Sure, will upload as sug...

Re: MN1 prep work - queries

A couple of questions related to the checklist that is generated at the end of the draft MN1 application. Text in red is a question, text in blue is what I'll provide as evidence. 1. The passport issued for Miss XXXX (Current passport or previous passports as well? Full passport scan or just front ...

Re: MN1 prep work - queries

Kept alarm for 6 am checked for a few minutes and gave up as I felt very sleepy

A few minutes back, logged in and noticed one free slot available in the 2nd week of June and booked it without wasting a second. Phew! A minimum of £150 saved.

Re: MN1 prep work - queries

A couple of questions please: 1. Should referee forms be signed and dated only after application submission date or is it ok to be signed a week or two before submission? 2. I read in FAQ or ukvcas site that Biometrics appointment slots are released at 9 am every day. I can't find this info again, s...

Re: DLA query - parents ILR status, kid Tier 2 dep

That means even Carer's Allowance is out of the question as DLA seems to be a prerequisite. Correct. In 2005, the UK brought in face to face medical assessments for those who were on/wanting, disabilty and/or sick benefits: I think that government (Labour) awarded the contract for these medicals to...

Is there an alternate option similar to this https://www.gov.uk/view-prove-immigration-status ?

Looks like the above option only works in certain cases and as my partner has BRP so this link is not working.

Yes, that should be fine, however, during biometrics appointment they may scan the full passport again. Anyway, if you are too worried you should still be able to upload full passport scan on ukvcas portal until 48 hrs of your biometrics appointment. FYI, I uploaded full passport scan but they scann...
