Re: Missing documents

Would someone please enlighten me... When I submitted my online application and paid IHS fee it doesn’t actually say what type of visa(flr m or flr p) i did apply for. On copy of my online application it shows family route. I’m pretty sure when I was filling up my application I clicked flr m. Many ...

Re: Advise required

One final question i have. Will there be any complications or questions asked when she enters UK again ? Just wanted to clarify incase of any entry refusal at the airport. Any suggestions ? No complications would be rather basic few questions . she wouldn't be denied entry only due to her absence.

Thank you- Will I have to prove this like how are we sharing the responsibility?
There is really no set way to prove it other than simply replying accordingly, and attaching few evidences which you already have. Remember, all of these won't be impactful on the outcome.

Re: Supporting documents for ilr under long residency with spouse visa

For above (Set lr) you don't need any cohabitation evidence or anything named to any other family member rather just passports, BRP, LIUK & B1 English test etc at approved centre.

Re: Passport is expired after application an important question

Dear Seagul It happened exactly. The caseworker requested a new passport to prove that my nationality. I went to my national authority they issued me a temporary passport which is valid for only 1 month. They told me they cannot issue 10 years one right now. My question. Is the temporary passport i...

But our salary is enough for the financial requirements in flr(m) route..

Re: Supporting documents for ilr under long residency with spouse visa

Thank you seagul for your response. Unfortunately her income alone doesnt meet the minimum threshold. And no we do not have cash saving unfortunately. In that case, where I have no wiggle room, I will still venture out the option of applying the ILR under long residence and will attach all the supp...

Re: Spouse Visa Application

I am sorry if I have asked this question already but I believe I didn't ask the question correctly. Clearing confusion. "Do you and your partner have any shared financial responsibilities" These are the exact words in application. Btw her name is mentioned on Bills, tenancy agreement as well. Neith...

Re: Advise required

@Seagul can you elaborate more on the requirements for cohabitation you mentioned. Thanks Despite there is no absence threshold but heavier absence may impede the generation of cohabitation evidences pivotal for extension. Usually 6 piece of evidences if jointly named or 12 if in individual names o...

Re: Varying Visa Application

Any idea why you are being asked to vary? Did you qualify for ilr or not? Which form did you complete for ilr? How long have you held a PBS dependent visa? Which category of lbs dependent visa do you hold (there is more than one category)? What is the visa status of your partner or the main PBS vis...

Dear CR001, Many thanks for the prompt response. If you wouldn’t mind, without getting into the merit of this case in particular or establishing if the ILR Application was rightful, just want to understand what is the process of “varying” and application. Is a specific form required from the UKVI t...

Nowhere it has been mentioned at earlier that op's marriage wouldn't be considered rather what U...
