I legally entered into the UK in Dec 2013 on the basis of spouse visa but this was granted while I was residing in Republic of Ireland and due to that there's no entry stamp on my passport because I travelled within the EU. They may have your detail in their system for reissuing the duplicate but getting it reassessed under their red route would be far better to eliminate every possible chance of risk.
