Re: Financial requirement for ILR (Set M)

Hi seagul. One more question - Being Non -salaried Category A - should I filled up this question as well as there is no option about Non Salaried employment? Similar flaw was engulfed over the old styled Appendix II form where a distinctive none-salaried person option was permanently lacking. For n...

Re: Tier 2 ILR English question

Hi there I have a question regarding English language test requirements for ILR. When I entered UK in Sept'2015 on my Tier 2 general I was awarded 10 points for a degree taught in English. Do I still need to get the degree validation done by NARIC for ILR? My company lawyers say it's not required a...

A simplest way to fathom it out from the perspective of SAR report where refusal is still inscribed there despite at later gets overturned. I always remain inclined to never leave anything blank rather always use the word "N/A", so that the other person (decision maker) never misjudges it as whether it has been left blank erroneously.

Re: Calculation for applying ILR

Thanks for your reply, as per your advice my understanding is: If my visa issue date on BRP is 11-09-2015 then I can apply on 15-08-2020 or 14-08-2020? I am a little confused :? to include visa issuing date or not in the calculation of 28 days. Please suggest. Why do you want to apply on the DOT? I...

I also forgot to add. If I was applying for the ILR and the contract that I was on was due to expire the same month, but not before application, does that matter? From the below all I can see is that employment can be perm, fixed e.t.c so presumably it doesn't matter? https://assets.publishing.serv...

Re: Spouse visa bank statements help

I don't think you necessarily need bank statements by month, Other than the account holder's personal visit to branch to get a customized bank statement there is no UK bank who sends a bank statement which is lesser than a month . Most often the bank statements are sent with a set frequency of 1/3/...

Choose IELTS life skills A2. Alternatively, if you have at least an overseas bachelor degree then may choose NARIC assessment instead which will cost you same.

Due to a recent nationwide protest over the pay rise issue where thousands of NHS staff has been singled out might lead to the quicker implementation of this IHS exemption.
