If the sponsor has a British Passport, then just a photocopy of Bio Page is sufficent.
any official source of this information as because a lot members in past were saying to photocopy all pages even blank ones and certify them.

British sponsor passport pages

Hi
When submitting spouse visa application then whether the whole British passport with every single blank page need to be photocopied and notarized/certified or uncertified/unnotarised photocopy of bio page & entry stamps can be sufficient of British passport.
Thanks in advance.

Involve your mp and complain to every possible section of HO and trace that caseworker. Apply appeal and also write to same caseworker to ask reconsideration as he/she is incompetent.

Re: Clear ECO mistake! What are my options?

Refusal is incorrect because see list below and B2 at centre # UA001 is on the list of UKVI. B2 test is even higher than B1 and is UKVI approved test. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/731794/Approved_Secure_English_Language_Tests_and_Tes...

Re: Clear ECO mistake! What are my options?

can you copy paste the exact reasons of refusal. I think refusal is not due to test because B2 is higher and is indeed an ielts test but i suspect the refusal might be because the centre is not on their list.

Re: Sponsor's passport expiring

I think apart of sponsor the applicant passport too must be at least valid at the time of application. Few places the passport must be valid for six months but I guess in case of spouse visa there isn't such (6 months) requirement.

Re: ILR and status of PBS spouse before FLR (M)

I think more wiser strategy is to get ILR based on long residence in your situation otherwise you both will need to wait until 2021 and by that time a lot of rules & fees might have been changed. By this strategy at least one of you will get ILR now. True, thank you seagal. If I go for paper applic...

There is no fixed template for drafting these letters but based on common sense they should precisely give the all key information. By the way why don't your bank & employer draft such letters at their own :o :o

you have already completed your 5 years of qualifying period on 1st August 2018 for ILR. You could have applied for ILR 28 days earlier of 1st August 2018, that's what it means.

And I know I am repeating myself but is it a really bad offence and makes me a overstayer or is it something that can be handled
Overstaying even one day is still an offence but up to 14 days can be pardoned if backed by real reason.
