Re: FLR(M) Extension document question

Which means there's no harm in us applying quite early, ie. January, and booking our UKVCAS appointment closer to the expiry date, which means there shouldn't be any shortfall in the duration because the visa start date is determined by decision date and therefor the appointment date. If you wish t...

Re: Visa to assist parents who have Eu settlement scheme family permits

my question is can my younger brother who is 26 apply for a visa to assist my parents to come to Uk and also to see my child who is three year old he has never met him since. That won't make any basis for success as you and your family should be enough to assist them while they will be visiting you...

Re: FLR(M) Extension document question

I also had one further question if anyone knows. I'm assuming the start date of the new visa will be based upon the date of approval as opposed to date of application. I ask this because I understand 60 months is required for ILR under the 5 year route and her visa doesn't expire until March. So we...

Re: Spousal Settlement - A Few Questions And Complications!

Thanks for taking the time to reply seagul. 1-3 I’ll do a bit more research myself. It seems that super priority is offered in Dubai but not for settlement. 4 I’m not so sure on. I think the purpose is to show that I am actually settling in UK with the applicant and we can afford to do so. That is ...

Re: English Language requirement for Spouse visa

. There is no need for the OP’s spouse to undertake a B1 English test unless settling. Never seen anyone who don't want to settle. Also never seen anyone who don't want to save & keep the hassle to minimum. The cost & preparation of B1 is same as A1 test. Doing B1 will meet the present requirement ...

Going to apply June 12 2020
Yes you can but the last payslip & bank statement before applying must not be older than 28 days. Your first post is not having full stop or commas which making it unclear.
