I don't think there is any such requirement in law to provide no objection letter from Landlord.
A contact and an accommodation report should be sufficient

Hi there
I would like to know that is it possible to take passports back without affecting the application process and queue.
I have applied spouse visa for my wife and child from Pakistan and it has been almost 2 months.
If so how it can be requested?

It sounds they will ask after making decision.
So if they decide to refuse the visa then they won't ask for child IHS as it needs to be refunded in that case.
Or do they ask anyway?

Hi there
I have a question
As I'm sponser of my wife and daughter and have applied at the end of April
Today(Saturday)missed a call from a private number).
Wondering could it be from HO?
Do they call on weekends?
Any idea or experience please

Not exempt. HO/UKVI will likely write/email you to make the payment. By the way CR001 after how long UKVI send email to pay IHS for child? As I applied in end of April and it's been two months but no email for my daughter(8 years old) I have received my original documents back though from Shefield....

So you mean here home office will ask after submitting passports and biometrics not after making online application?
One more question who should sign my 8 year old daughter' s passport?Her mother I believe or just should leave that part empty?

Dear Gurus While I applied online for my wife and daughter and paid fee and booked appointment for biometrics and passports submission.
