Re: Chargeable call to Home Office

But question is how charges would incur?
Would it be charged by phone service as other premier rate number(although it does not look premier rate number)
Or home office advisor will take separate payment by card at the end of call?

Re: Accommodation requirement of Spouse Visa

I don't think there is any such requirement in law to provide no objection letter from Landlord.
A contact and an accommodation report should be sufficient

Re: Immigration Health Surcharge - Exempt for child under 18

It sounds they will ask after making decision.
So if they decide to refuse the visa then they won't ask for child IHS as it needs to be refunded in that case.
Or do they ask anyway?

Re: Immigration Health Surcharge - Exempt for child under 18

Not exempt. HO/UKVI will likely write/email you to make the payment. By the way CR001 after how long UKVI send email to pay IHS for child? As I applied in end of April and it's been two months but no email for my daughter(8 years old) I have received my original documents back though from Shefield....

Your support always very helpful
So you mean here home office will ask after submitting passports and biometrics not after making online application?
One more question who should sign my 8 year old daughter' s passport? Her mother I believe or just should leave that part empty?
