It's strange I applied through NCS last week and took all of my pay slips,P60s,P45 etc along tax return(as I'm self employed at same time).And lady at NCS told me no need emoluments documents.She only asked for latest tax return as a self employed and that's it. I applied Asylum in 2001 and left UK volunteerily in 2007.
Came back in EEA family permit in 2009.
Got PR in 2015

I have paid the penalty
Lady over the phone told me if you pay in full we will close your file and there won't be any record.
I asked her is it criminal offence and she said no.
What is my position now?

Thanks for your reply No I did not have NHS exemption card. I just wrongly believed that I may would qualify for tax credit but I did not.. Just an ignorance and stupid mistake .
