Same thing happened with me in 2012 when home office was not giving me any response after my appeal was allowed, i contacted my mp and with in few days i received my visa with docs.
So last option is to ask your mp to write to them
Sometime they give fee award themselves some time they dont even pay u and issue u the visa.
