Re: Long Residence (10 years) SET (LR) applications

Hi Guys, I have a long story for my ILR but to cut it a short recent application for JR had been requested by HO to review their decision before the matter was gone to oral hearing. Re: ILR Refused Base on Tax Amendment- October 16th 2017

Hello my Friend, I am sorry to hear your refusal, my case had been very similar. My advise is that you fight the case rather then apply LR as almost all of the LR cases even had amendments on tax are getting refused and you dont get appeal right, you can only appeal on refusal of HR which HO will au...

Re: Complex Application/ Tax Amendment and Biometric Issue

ON contacting UKVI they responded on email stating that my application is still not decided yet. They can't share info about my application however they will write me a letter once its decided or in case CW needs more info or documents. So UKVI online update system is not accurate.

Re: UKVI Online progress update

No, i didn't intend to escalate things through MP in beginning. However i did call few times and send 1 letter through solicitor after which i receive same reply for waiting as it is out of service guidelines of 6 months. And then received questionnaire.
