Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

badhodor, 5th Year P60 will be issue in april 2019. thats why I am giving only 4 years but according to ILR guideline there is not mention to provide any P60. One data point from me: when we visited UKVCAS the person doing the submission was adamant we could not submit any docs not asked for - any ...

Re: Academic IELTS for Spouse Visa

If your speaking and listening is as good as your written, I'd suggest going for B1. Otherwise you're going to pay for A1 - maybe even A2 on renewal - and then B1 for ILR. If you get B1 in the bag now (check the videos and gauge confidence) then you'll save money in the long run (worst case - save n...

Re: Limited company with no business account

There is no legal requirement to open a business bank account for a LTD company - it's merely advised as it makes traceability easier. You should be fine - I cannot see how the HO can mandate something that Companies House/HMRC do not.

I never escalated or emailed anyone
Apologies, I misread and thought you did.

To give me some peace of mind - is the "Remove File" open now gone from your UKVCAS account as it's been reviewed/approved etc - or is that option still here?

Re: Accommodation Requirement Question Spouse Visa India

If you want the easiest peace of mind, go to your local estate agents. For about £70 they'll give you a letter stating if you and your wife live there, it will not be overcrowded. A 4 bedroom house is definitely not overcrowded with 2 couples + a 5 year old daughter. It's just up to you how you want...

Re: FLR (M): online bank statements as correspondence?

I thought print outs of online utility bills were not acceptable as they're not the 'originals'? Would I need to request a letter from the utility companies stating they are originals (not even sure they would do that...)? Or have either of you requested that a utility company send you original har...

Re: flrm-bank statment

We were just granted a visa with only duplicate statements - but there were all posted (Santander + First Direct). You will be fine. In fact, in one case - it wasn't even a statement (because they were issued annually, got them to post us the transactions for the past ~ 7 months and it was not a pro...

Re: Settlement Visa from India : Timeline

We have waiting period for next around 3 days not knowing what the result is and that is just killing me. Has anyone had visa processing done in a single day earlier? Same here. Applied Friday 12th February and decision was made Wednesday 17th February which is 3 working days in total. Won't be abl...

Which bank do you bank with? Natwest outright refused to stamp my printouts. But yes - if they are willing to stamp them, it's not an issue.

Re: FLR M Financial requirement - current annual salary

My bank says what they give in the branch is the same print out that I can print myself using the internet banking and they are not going to seal or sign etc. I will have to order over phone banking which will come in 7 working days which is very risky. Which bank? I bank with First Direct, Santand...

Re: How long after a 'decision has been made' do they...?

We got a follow-up the next day. I guess you'll need to chase or just turn up and see if they have your passport back or not. Dear X, The processed visa application for GWF reference number - X was received at the UK Visa Application Centre on X. If a courier service was purchased from VFS Global, y...

It's also worth considering whether you want to get one anyway - just for the piece of mind. Yes - they may confirm that you don't need one but you'll always have that doubt as to the conflicting information you have found. It may be worth getting one simply for the piece of mind.
