Can i check if I can switch from Marriage visitor visa to a Settlement spouse visa within the UK or does the spouse need to go back to home country to apply for Spouse Settlement visa? Note: previously the Spouse Settlement visa was rejected due to insufficient evidence.

The question is they rejected purely because of no additional documents to support the application - all the required documents such as marriage certificate and bank statement for accommodation which could be considered and IELTS was just not the IELTS for UKVI - so what would be your opinion if goe...

I applied for my spouse visa from outside uk which got rejected - is there any quicker way to do application fees waiver and send all the required documents which were missing from initial application? I do have appeal option but that will take longer i guess? Thanks for your response on this.

Yes, her leave expired about 9 years ago as the family members didn't let her stay in the UK and she didn't know how to get any local help or support either so she decided to leave - now she is on husband pension and is been since then and want to come to the UK to settle.

previously had spouse visa but left the UK after husband died and no support from family members and now applied for bereaved partner from outsite the UK - UKVI didn't receive any supporting documents hence the application refused - any chance?

I was reading it and just wanted to clarify that - I do need to wait for 12 months from the date i got my ILR approved before applying for the British citizenship, did i understand right or could i apply for the citizenship because I have been living in the UK for more than 5 years continuously?
