Now the appointment i booked is cancelled so i am guessing i will need to book a new one and then it will ask me to Pay IHS Fees and will ask all the questions again; has any one recently done that as for some reason it goes asks a lot more IHS fees if i put my details on it?

The IHS fee has doubled. Your spouse is now required to pay £1,200 IHS + the £1523 visa fee. The IHS fees asking is £2400 so even if i think it is doubled; £1200 + £1523 = £2723 which is £323 pound less. I am on indefinite leave to remain and wanted to sponsor my wife; the new IHS application is a bit complicated and asking about the person you will be joining in the UK as well; once i entered my details on the IHS application as well then the fees is coming out as £2400; prior to the visa rejection...

I have noticed the IHS for my wife settlement visa is approx. £2500 which seems to be a lot higher than i paid about 5 months ago which was only £500? Am I doing something wrong here?

Does the TB test certificate needs to have certain months of validity when the new application is submitted? as the second application needs to submit and about 20 days left to expire?

Can i check if I can switch from Marriage visitor visa to a Settlement spouse visa within the UK or does the spouse need to go back to home country to apply for Spouse Settlement visa? Note: previously the Spouse Settlement visa was rejected due to insufficient evidence.

The question is they rejected purely because of no additional documents to support the application - all the required documents such as marriage certificate and bank statement for accommodation which could be considered and IELTS was just not the IELTS for UKVI - so what would be your opinion if goe...

I applied for my spouse visa from outside uk which got rejected - is there any quicker way to do application fees waiver and send all the required documents which were missing from initial application? I do have appeal option but that will take longer i guess? Thanks for your response on this.

Yes, her leave expired about 9 years ago as the family members didn't let her stay in the UK and she didn't know how to get any local help or support either so she decided to leave - now she is on husband pension and is been since then and want to come to the UK to settle.

previously had spouse visa but left the UK after husband died and no support from family members and now applied for bereaved partner from outsite the UK - UKVI didn't receive any supporting documents hence the application refused - any chance?

I am helping someone with the appeal of bereaved partner application which was refused - just wanted to know what is the procedure once the online appeal is made for applicants outside the UK; at what stage do the applicant submit the documents again to review or is it all online via scan?

I was reading it and just wanted to clarify that - I do need to wait for 12 months from the date i got my ILR approved before applying for the British citizenship, did i understand right or could i apply for the citizenship because I have been living in the UK for more than 5 years continuously?
