Can the two both referees be my accountants? Do they have to be acca certified or can simply be a book keepers? Yeah if i put 2022 as my visa expiry date which isn't than it gives me IHS fees of £1600.00 - now the question is on my ILR it is 2024 so i am allowed to put 2022?

Change your ILR expiry date to 3 years ahead instead of 2024.
