Re: Parents Sponsor

You do realise that the success rate of an adult dependent visa is very slim. If refused, it shuts the door to any future vissisot visas as well. Sorry was meant to ask this under Spouse Sponsor not Parent - is it £62,500 cash for 6 months? What is the example showing £25,000 below which met the re...

Re: Spouse Sponsor Visa

Why are you putting 2027????

Read my post again about 3 years ahead. It is 3 years from NOW not 3 years from your ILR expiry date.
Yeah if i put 2022 as my visa expiry date which isn't than it gives me IHS fees of £1600.00 - now the question is on my ILR it is 2024 so i am allowed to put 2022?

Re: Spouse Sponsor Visa

Change your ILR expiry date to 3 years ahead instead of 2024. I have checked on the IHS calculate https://www.immigration-health-surcharge.service.gov.uk/checker/Type by putting 2027 ahead and it gives me even more fees of £3600.00 - it must be something wrong as it is calculating my fees as well s...

Re: Spouse Sponsor Visa

Just called the help line number for UKVI and asked what kind of application i need to use to apply for my spouse as i am currently on ILR; they asked to contact the legal help? hence i am here :) If you hold ILR, you can only apply for a spouse settlement visa on form VAF4A and Appendix 2, if she ...

Re: How much IHS to pay?

The IHS fee has doubled. Your spouse is now required to pay £1,200 IHS + the £1523 visa fee. The IHS fees asking is £2400 so even if i think it is doubled; £1200 + £1523 = £2723 which is £323 pound less. I also see another next button after Pay IHS fees is there for Pay Application Fees so I am gue...

How do I change my ILR expiry date now as it is now asking to pay the fees and I don't have option to edit information now?

I am on indefinite leave to remain and wanted to sponsor my wife; the new IHS application is a bit complicated and asking about the person you will be joining in the UK as well; once i entered my details on the IHS application as well then the fees is coming out as £2400; prior to the visa rejection...

Re: Bereaved Partner - Appeal

Yes, her leave expired about 9 years ago as the family members didn't let her stay in the UK and she didn't know how to get any local help or support either so she decided to leave - now she is on husband pension and is been since then and want to come to the UK to settle.
