Fast-track SAR is free!! Regular is £10. Ah I see! it's good to know, btw about this form (application for fast track records only) , could I use it to know when have I acquired my PR while I am waiting as the same time as the process of my PR application decision (non-eea)? also when it comes to s...

After DCPR issued do I have to wait 12 months for BC?

Submit a fast-track SAR to the UKVI. It's free , takes approx. 20 working days and will contain the PR date they have recorded for you. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/requests-for-personal-data-uk-visas-and-immigration Alternatively, if you apply through the NCS, they can call the HO an...

Re: FP letter from HO

You're over thinking this. You got a boiler plate letter. The generic advice to get a FP doesn't apply to reenter as you have a current RC. that's true I am always over thinking when it comes to the HO, and I am also kind of person who likes to seek information/advise/Do/Don't do, beforehand :-) I ...

Re: PR query with British spouse

The options you have is worth going for, but depend on the age of the wife I would have suggested to start all over again on her own right by choosing any convenient treaty right , if that doesn't work you may apply on UK route as a carer of BC and the length of being together as a couple can make ...
