Re: What documentation do you need to apply for citizenship through Stamp 4 EUFAM?

Through EUFAM4 you will need mostly your partner's documents. They wont accept or give you citizenship if he or she left the country. Most likely you will need to wait another 5 years through Work permit. I suggest you to consult to a solicitor if you want to get citizenship but I think it is very ...

Re: Card Repalcement program of family member of UK citizen URGENT HELP NEEDED

Hi This may be worth a try if you haven’t already Ask the local Garda officer if they can email the Dublin head office for authorisation to process the application for your card swap. This will allow them to request a new card on your behalf without the need to apply online. In the meantime write an...

Your new IRP card will have the expiry date of your EUFAM permission so for example EUFAM permission expires in May 2022, your new IRP card will also have May 2022 expiry date.

I don't know what Family registration certificate is. But it's not on the list, so I wouldn't bother sending it.
Some countries issue what’s known as “family members certificate” whereby it lists your parents and all their children’s details.

Hi I don’t know where you live but it is worth contacting your local Garda INIS office (if you haven’t done so already) to see if they can help. I suppose it’ll depend on the reason for travelling and if it isn’t classified as emergency they may not be in a hurry to help you with a new card. I was l...

GHD I don’t know the particulars of your sponsor but simply having funds in the bank sometimes isn’t enough to satisfy INIS. Are the fund lodgements a “one off” for example, from a property sale or are they through regular work/business income from your sponsor? What is the sponsors regular income a...
