Re: How to check if RTB registration is correct

You should’ve automatically received a letter from PRTB once the landlord registered your name with the scheme. So either the landlord hasn’t registered you or the letter was never sent. There’s no harm you contacting them to see if you’re in the register but of course asking the landlord directly w...

Applicant from November 2021 got acknowledgement letter so I really wonder if it's in chronological order or if there is a different system.
I doubt is chronological because I’ve applied in October 2021 and am yet to receive an acknowledgement letter. Who knows might be in the post today…not 🙈

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2021 Pending Approval

Is there a need/requirement to send latest IRP card to ISD after renewal with same conditions and just extended dates? I still didn't get acknowledgement letter so I don't know my application id or person id. Don’t hold your breath getting a formal acknowledgement response from INIS anytime soon. I...

Re: Scorecard is a positive development

I am busy with mine today and pulling my hair out 😖 We have lived in 2 rentals and it’s always come off my husband’s bank, I don’t earn as much, , and now I saved all my banks statements but never needed his. So how do I send proof of payment. Same story with gas and electricity, off his bank. And ...

Re: Scorecard is a positive development

Please, shpirtshqipe, see the below text for your perusal, copied and pasted from the 'New Scorecard approach is foolish' thread, pg 2, where you go on to make a point to me on how everyone is entitled to their opinion. I assume that it is common knowledge that 'everyone' would include every person...

Re: Scorecard is a positive development

I doubt any bank provides it that way. I am just confused that they essentially have the same thing twice (6 months of bank statement and 6 months of credit card statement ) that each give you 50 points The Current Account is minimal proof of evidence required and when fulfilled awards 50 points. O...

Re: Scorecard is a positive development

For the sake of those following the thread, the particular quote does not mention if the new scorecard approach that will be used will apply to just new applications (from 1t January 2022 onwards), or all applications that are on hand in the department. It just says that the approach will be differ...

Re: Scorecard is a positive development

Well I think that the issue here is that applicants are not sure whether their application will be judged by the 2021 and before criteria, or the 2022 criteria with the scorecard. Nowhere in the announcement is it actually written that ''Only applications received from January 2022 onwards will be ...

Only applications received from January 2022 onwards will be processed based on the new scorecard system so there’s no need to be anxious.

Re: New scoreboard approach is foolish

What people are forgetting or ignoring here is that a lot of highly skilled workers pay a lot of taxes (plus the citizenship process value) waiting for this citizenship. I am non-EU and could have chosen any other country to move to but decided on Ireland because it would be easier to get citizensh...

Re: New scoreboard approach is foolish

Sorry breakfast, I don't have patience to read all of your nonsense. If State wants to check if I am continuous residence in Ireland, they can simply check my records of entry & exit of country. Period. First of all you are rude for not taking the time to read the other person’s point of view even ...

Re: New scoreboard approach is foolish

Can you immagine for one second that INIS will do all the hard work of chasing the above mentioned agencies or chasing the landlord of 5 years ago for example or chasing the person you are house sharing etc etc etc? So what’s implied here is that we simply complete an application form with minimal I...

Re: What documentation do you need to apply for citizenship through Stamp 4 EUFAM?

Through EUFAM4 you will need mostly your partner's documents. They wont accept or give you citizenship if he or she left the country. Most likely you will need to wait another 5 years through Work permit. I suggest you to consult to a solicitor if you want to get citizenship but I think it is very ...
