Do we get any confirmation emails when submission is completed from the IDV app?

Re: Form AN - Previous Immigration Applications

Sorry I should have asked this in the previous reply.

Is there any recommended format for a note or covering letter for uploading in UKVCAS? Should it be addressed to something specific like 'Sir/Madam' or 'Respected Sir/Madam' or 'The Home Secretary' ?

Many thanks.

Re: Form AN - Previous Immigration Applications

The question asks for "any" application, not just for the last 10 years. If you can still upload documents then a note detailing the missing entries should be fine. Thanks alterhase58 . I think I got confused it with the 10years employment history requirement. I'll add a note with the missing entri...

Form AN - Previous Immigration Applications

Hi Gurus, I think I made a mistake when I submitted and paid formy AN online application. The question is: Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad? I listed everything from ILR , two Tier 2's, PSW and Student Visa going back to 2010. For some reason I had in my min...

Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

Hi IB, I just submitted my Citizenship application and now collecting the documents to upload. Would it be okay to submit everything in UKVCAS website now considering that the dates on the referee forms will most likely be older than a month by the time I get the Biometric appointment / IDV app inv...

Form AN and MN1 Referee questions

Hello, I'm planning to apply for my naturalisation on form AN and for registration for my child on form MN1. My spouse will apply later once she has 1 year on ILR. All three of us are on ILR. I was wondering if someone can clarify on the below queries: 1. Any idea what sort of personal information a...

Re: Advice on filling form AN for naturalisation

You are overthinking this process. Your British passport and naturalisation cert will be issued in the name of YOUR passport. Parents names are also NOT included in British passports. Thank you. You're right, I am over-thinking; years of dealing with the HO made it difficult not to worry about the ...

Hello, I have sort of a unique problem and hope someone can shed some light in to it. I'm a Non EEA citizen with ILR. In thee AN form, there is a section for entering the parents name. ILR Document Upload - Old/New Passports?

Hi, We are applying for my Partner & Child's ILR as PBS dependants (I already have ILR). I'm collecting all the documents and was wondering how the Passports should be scanned. Is creating a single PDF with the photo page, address page and all the travel stamps acceptable? Do I need to do the same f...

Put some average. It does not matter for ILR
Thanks Zimba. So, hopefully the average of the last three months combined pay should be fine?

ILR PBS Dependant - Variable Income

Hi IB, First of all, thank you all forum members for guiding us through this difficult and confusing journey. My partner and child are currently applying for ILR as PBS Dependants (I already have ILR via Tier 2). In the SET(O) form there is a section to enter the Income (post-tax). I have searched a...

Absences Letter from Employer - Help please.

Hi IB, I'm prepping all the documents for my Tier 2 to ILR application. There seems lot of confusion about Absences Letter(s) from Employer from reading many posts in this forum. Do we need three separate letters? 1) Letter confirming employment, salary, on-going requirement etc. 2) Letter with list...

Re: ILR from Tier 2 - Unpaid Absences?

Thanks Akorotaeva.

I didn't know there was a 4 week non-paid leave allowance; I'll definitely look in to that. Do you happen to know if it's mentioned in any of the ILR policy documents?

ILR from Tier 2 - Unpaid Absences?

Hi all, I'm currently on a Tier 2 (General) visa and will be able to apply for ILR in May. However, going through various threads in this forum, it looks like I might have some unpaid absences. :( My employer allows 'purchasing' additional annual leaves from our HR portal. In 2014, I used this optio...
