I used to be employed as a director in my own limited company. and used to draw dividends and salary. According to my accountant (which is the case) you can keep transferring dividends when ever you wish and the amount you wish. Just that you need to have dividend vouchers for the same date and amou...

Thanks zen135/others,

Could you confirm if the amount and the address that I have used are correct?

If this information is right, I should have had my ack letter.

Thanks,
H

No letter even today! Hi.. can anyone confirm that the details above (address and amount) are correct. I spend an extra £20 so that I could avoid the payment problems and made a bankers draft. I thought they will send out the letter almost immediately. Well I think i am safe to presume that these le...

Doesn't matter. Your covering letter is a supplementary document. It shouldn't supersede the application form. They do have to give you the 5 points.

But just to be sure - are you OK without those 5 points too?

OK. According to me its simple if you follow English.

UKBA only wants to know about the previous (one) address if you have not lived at your current address for more than 5 years. Else they would have explicitly asked you for more addresses as they have done so in the dependent forms.

Hi,

I assume you are filling the T1 G application form. Where does it say you need to provide address of 5 years?

B14 reads - If you have lived at the address above for less than five years please provide your previous address details and the dates you lived there

The way I read it is - Refusal of leave to remain, variation of leave to enter or remain or curtailment of leave - This is for both Tier 1 and ILR (as ILR is also a leave to remain) within this section 1C is only for applicable for applicants seeking ILR. If you look thru the document, this is the o...

Hi, Can you post your link please. As per the below link, general grounds of refusal for wrt criminal matters are only in case of ILR and not T1 - http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/policyandlaw/immigrationlaw/immigrationrules/part9/ (1C) where the person is seeking indefinite leave to enter or remai...
