He has to prove it, because that is what the law says. He either has a document confirming PR, or provide proof that he has exercised treaty right for a period of 5 years. I was thinking she was going to update us about how her dependent mum's PR went!

Some people are very selfish and only come here for selfish reasons. Her case was peculiar
and would have benefited a lot of people on this forum

No .. I didnt get any as I applied through a lawyer from Mumbai and i am from Kolkata.... Even the lawyer didnt get any email regarding the decision.... the courier service just came at my door today without any prior information.... I still cant believe that they actually lied about my documents.....
