Re: New sponsor

You would have to reapply for Tier 2 or vary your ILR to Tier 2, provided all the RLMT etc requirements are met and you have not reached 6 years since your first Tier 2 was issued. Thank you for your reply . After That if visa approved under new sponsor then do I have to apply for ILR once again ??

Re: New sponsor

I can't bear the thought of reading through your very many topics/posts, so explain how long you have been on Tier 2 General. If you apply for a Tier 2, your ILR cannot proceed (which will likely fail anyway). You can do any job at Level 6 you qualify for and get offered a job and sponsorship once ...

Re: Judicial Review

Depends on JR procedures. It is usually 30 days Ok... I mean our Co lawyer said they would like to respond to HO that as there is no appeal right so in case if there is no mutual concern than they would like to go for JR... So that's why we are confused like within how many days we have to inform H...

The judicial review procedures are complex and hence expensive. Better to seek legal help for JR

hmmmm! Thanks. Company will be looking for legal advice for sure. I actually wanna know is there any time limit after the cancellation letter that the company needs to inform/response to HO?

Re: Judicial Review

Thanks a lot for your valuable response . It is really helpful . If a person personally wants to go for judicial review on his/her visa decision then the same rule will be applicable I believe !! And does the company need to inform HO in any time limit that they are willing to go for JR? Kind Regard...

Re: New sponsor

So you cannot get a tier 2 for more than 6 years, which is July 2019. How long have you lived in the UK if you state you have studied? There are no appeal rights for PBS route applications. JR is a process outside of the immigration rules and does not provide you with Section 3C protection. Thanks ...

you can appeal for sure. but as what I said, the HO should just hold the decision but not reject, if your company is just under investigation but not concluded.
