I believe you should be having right to work as your application is being reconsidered. Please Right to the case worker as it has already been 4 months after UKVI has agreed for reconsideration.

submitted for admin review on 26/08/16. just wondering about the time scales for the processing times of admin review for successful and non successful AR.
Please share the time lines.
