Re: Police caution not declared

Hi I had sent a PAP to UKVI and they are currently reconsidering their original decision. However, I had a question: If they decide to refuse my application again, will I loose my opportunity to file a judicial review? As it would have been over 3 months from the date of the initial decision. Or ca...

Re: ILR Refusal for not declaring DR10 Conviction

By 'Admins' I assume you mean Moderators, not the Board Administrator. Moderators don't necessarily have more knowledge than other members...and in some cases less. :| There are currently no other Moderators online. I can't give you any further advice than I have already given, so be patient and so...

Re: Police caution impact Tier 2 dependant visa

Advice needed- I came to UK in Jan 2011 under student dependent visa. I received a police caution in March 2011 for shoplifting-I will regret this all my life... I renewed my visa in Jan 2012 under PBS Dependent (tier 2) visa without declaring this caution as the law did not consider cautions that ...

Re: TIER 2 VISA EXTENSION WITH POLICE CAUTION

HO will know when your criminality results come back. If you don't declare it you WILL be refused for deception/lying now. Re: Tier 2 extension refused - traffic offence not declared

Rehab of offenders has not applied to Home Office since Oct 2012, so "spent" is meaningless. https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/488205/Rehabilitation_of_offenders_act_v2.0EXT_clean.pdf It will not be accepted as a genuine mistake. Hello Guys, I am in a similar situation as my Tier 2 application has been refused under paragraph 322(1A). I have disclosed my traffic offense but I did not do that for my caution. As I though the caution was spent, and that I was also advised at the Police station that this will only remain at the...

You are right. Rather than having no knowledge on how to deal with refusal its better some times to listen to some solicitors who might guide us in the right direction.
not every case some one might have information about in those scenarios only a solicitor is helpfull
