Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

@momozz, My scenario is same as yours, was in PSW then in tier 2 with same employer. I haven't heard anything from Home office, no phone calls nothing. During my 5 years in UK, I traveled total of 11 times so not sure if that's causing any issue in my part.

Hi All, I am waiting for a response since 15th of December (Tier 2 to ILR). My lawyer just received another generic e-mail from the HO again regarding refund if they can't deliver in 24 hours. The same email I received 2 times before. I can see that on Sopra Steria account I still have access all m...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

@momozz, I asked you because, I called them yesterday and a man told me to wait for 5 days before he could give me any update and he told me that this was on ongoing issue. So I am definitely calling them after 5 days as long as they could just tell me the status of my application, i'll be fine.

Re: Can a Citizen from different country apply UK Visa in different country

Hi CR001,

Thanks again for prompt reply.

It means that she can apply from India and it doesn't matter where I am from but I am able to provide her my details which she will need in her visa application.

Regards,

Hi Djscuccess, No need to go that deep. I am 100% SURE because moderator CR001 told me to mention it under Civil Penalties and Please do trust me because that is what I mentioned in my Application. Hi Djsuccess, I have PCN to for driving in Bus Lane and Speeding Ticket (FPN) and like you said you have PCN for Parking and Bus Lane. Vasanth,

If your going with new employer then yes you need UCoS but you would need RMLT. Make sure you company does a proper RMLT, please do read other people who had issues with RMLT. Make sure everything goes smoothly.
