If the employment is still continue, you can claim the points for those in fresh application (employment from date you submitted the first application till now).

it is always better to keep scanned copies or photocopies of the documents which you submit to HO, because if HO misses the document then you can say and can provide that. HO is very quick and fast to deduct the fee, it was deducted on the same day they got the application.
I have already given biometrics on 31st Oct.

If you have submitted the first application before the expiry date then you are covered by 3C, your stay is legal. Please submit the new application or go for admin review in given time.

On this forum, one guy got his fresh application decision successful with in 7 weeks. I submitted my fresh application about 4 weeks ago and yet to get a reply.

Your 200k investment should only be consumed by business in terms of expenditure, if not then it should stay in business bank account.
