If you intend to complete the journey within 3 months of acquiring BC, then according to me best would be to apply British passport for you child and travel to India on Indian passport and return on British Passport and then surrender all your Indian Passport.

Right of Abode sticker will take time.

Ya.

Not all applicants post on this forum, but from the sample of people who post on this forum, very few have mistakes on their certificates which then can be implied to wider sample data.

I would say UKBA is not that bad, statistically 5% margin of error is allowed, they seem to have much less.

I don't think L1 visa will have any negative effect as its temporary work visa, and you intend to make UK your permanent home.

You will then need to include your license, DVLA usually takes 2 weeks to send back the license. If you have shown LiUK certificate at the time of ILR it may not be a problem, but nothing can be ruled out, I would say send it with the license. You can also call DVLA and ask for it to be processed qu...

You can even ask HMRC to send you SA302 for whatever number of years you want, that is the summary of your earnings.

With your UTR number UKBA can check HMRC systems anyway.

Seems to be fine, do you have gap between expired and renewed passport, if you have then you will need proof that you were in UK during that time, like P-60, payslips, etc. You must be in UK on the day 5 years prior to the date of application. Wait for others to reply, in case I am missing something...

I think it is random check, also if an applicant is a doubtful character then it may trigger the check.

Border official at the airport have access to our data, if they have doubt, they can pull you in for an interview. Read thru a recent thread "passport check at airport".
