I was planning on getting a bus pass, don't know if that would count as well?

If I were to provide phone bills, tenancy agreement, bank statements, and library cards, would those fill that requirement for evidence of residence?
Yes.

Re: Evidence of Residence for EU1 Questions

- Do you have an Irish phone number? If you do, phone bills are accepted proof of residence. - Debit/credit cards and saving accounts statements are also proof of residence. - A public library card or a cinema monthly pass can be a proof of residence. - I don't know if you are living in Dublin but D...

Re: Citizenship application in process and about to get separated.

If you have 5 years of legal residence in Ireland regardless of the stamp then you are eligible to apply for long term residency on your own right . The process is explained here: http://inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/Long_Term_Residency I guess it will affect your naturalisation application because it w...

Re: Citizenship application in process and about to get separated.

I would always recommend to inform INIS about any changes in your circumstances (employment, marriage, etc.) as soon as possible, in their letters they make that point all the time so better safe than sorry. It won't help your case if they find out that you are currently separating from someone else...

Re: UK Spouse visa & CTA

To me its grey, because the ruling for a UK spouse visa is that you can be apart from each other for 180 days and that is ok. There is NO rule such as this for a UK spouse settlement visa. Not so much a "rule" for the spouse visa, but subsequent extension or ILR for other visas types, 90 days for b...

Re: UK Spouse visa & CTA

moving completely to Ireland, that means residing and working here. this is my understanding, but there is also the 'posted' worker aspect, which I should fall under as someone still residing in UK and this should, for EU states, allow my wife the appropriate working rights ? Unfortunately that's n...

Re: UK Spouse visa & CTA

You non-EU wife can't work in Ireland while joining you in your short trips, at least not legally anyways. If you want her to be able to work in Ireland she will need to apply for a Stamp 4 EUFAM on the basis of you - the EU citizen - moving completely to Ireland, that means residing and working her...

These figures are for guideline purposes and represent a minimum financial requirement. Re: Visa advice!

So you can't get married in Ireland just like that, you will need to give the State 3 months notice of intention to marry and attend an interview. It will be up to the registrar (interviewer) to assess your case and decide if this is a "bona fide" marriage or not. Ultimately the registrar will be is...
