I applied for tier1 visa ext of £200K cat ,I am waiting for design since last 7.5Months.so for Home office did not give me any info.
I paid £3600 for IHS.Yesterday i have received £1200 money back into my bank account.What does it mean?

I am waiting visa extension £200K since last 7 months,I have contacted HO three time never get any reply.Meanwhile my Mother inlaw died.

So its 100% true no one can give you any idea about time frame.Its totally depend on caseworker and your luck.

Money should transfer from your home country. your personal account to Uk personal account and than your Uk personal account to your Uk business account.

I agree with others nothing to worry.Basically HO taking longer time in some cases.thatswhy they informed you.

Legally you can runn existing company But i will not suggest take over your old company. Once you get visa,I would strongly suggest you should open new company in UK ...

My solicitor advised me for save side I should again pass english test through trinity college and submitted certificate for my visa extension.
Its not important as other guys suggest you but if you have time just incase you should do it.
