Re: Apply for set lr during admin review

Thanks for the reply, If AR decision come negative, will I still be able to apply for Set lr as I have completed my 10 years during this AR process ? You can but you are an overstayer and hence wouldn’t have legally reached 10 years to qualify for LR. What’s ur immigration history and do you have a...

Re: Tier1 50k to ILR

Calling HO is one of the most useless things one can do as it’s outsourced and you’d get better help via google... Nothing is ever certain.. but going on previous posts.. IHS fee is refunded too. Thanks aman90. I found this guidance. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/syste...

Re: Which way do I need to choose in order to apply long residence ILR?

Hi all, my application of ILR Tier1 entrepreneur 50k has just been refused and I can do the administrative review within 14 days. But my solicitor told me that the possibility of win the case is very low. So I have to think about the backup. I can apply ILR long residence in August 2020. Now I have...

Re: Tier1 50k to ILR

There is really no point of this convo now.. Take it as it comes. Your understanding is incorrect.. the rule is not dynamic or going through changes or whatever you said. The argument is whether the stay is regularised by making in time applications... And in the mean time if one reaches 10 years w...

Don’t panic, I think they are trying to carry out verification checks etc.
Thanks bizman. I completed 5 months today and still 1 month left for 6 month standard service and received this letter today.

Normally applicants receive this letter after completing 6 months.

Also to be 105% sure, login your wife’s UKVI account. The “further actions” page should have it if it is required. If the “further actions” page has no link to download its not needed.
