1) It is YOUR name not the category. However, I like to list it as: [Your Name][Category] [Mr X][PSW] etc. 2) Its an “if known” question. Leave it blank or provide estimates. 3) Pakistan. 4) If known question. Thanks for your reply. Are you sure it's about my name? As I already give my name in pers...

Re: Naturalisation application

You need to mention the company who you worked for not the agency name. This is not correct if the op was paid by the agency as an agency worker. The companies he worked at are irrelevant as they were not his employer, the agency was. CULLINAN and CR001 Thanks for reply. Yes I was paid by the agenc...

Thank you for taking time.

What about the guidelines for BC. Does everyone need to follow the same guidance and supporting documents for naturalisation after ILR?
Thanks
Yes. The rules apply to everyone, no exceptions.
Thanks CR001.

Re: PBS Dependent ILR

Hello everyone,

I'm posting this message to update others on refunds from UKVI. I varied extension application after biometrics into ILR application.

I received IHS refund before the decision letter received and application fees also refunded my UKVI after 3 weeks of decision date.

Thanks

Re: Good character requirements for BC

The fine is issued to (presumably) a limited company which is a separate legal entity from yourself - on the face of it doesn't have to be disclosed. I think it would be a different story if you as a director are pursued and found liable/guilty of some offence. Thanks alterhase58. Yes the notice is...

IHS fees are refunded when an application is withdrawn. However application fees are NOT refunded if you enrol your biometrics (valid application) and then withdraw https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/760916/applications-for-leave-to-remai...

Re: PBS Dependent ILR

Hello everyone,

I received my IHS £3600 today not the extension application fees. I thought they will not refund IHS.

I didn't receive any acknowledgement email for varying into ILR as well.

Not sure should I be happy or worry.

Anyone got any clue about this?

Thanks

Re: PBS Dependent ILR

What guidance??? You have been given the correct advice. There is nothing tricky about the apllication. See link below for examples of categories to upload but kite you only upload what the requirements are are, not any additional stuff because a category exists. https://www.immigrationboards.com/i...
