I applied on 01-03-2019 and received complex issues letter on 25th July 2019. I submitted only 1 month of bank statement and a letter from the bank.

My last court hearing home office lawyer said my section 3c lease end when I got refuge my administrative review, therefore, they not going to take it as 10 years residence route.


Unfortunately HO lawyer is right but wait for some experience members to confirm.

Calling HO is one of the most useless things one can do as it’s outsourced and you’d get better help via google... Nothing is ever certain.. but going on previous posts.. IHS fee is refunded too.
