Hi, If i use the new service for Naturalization do I still need to send the originals including Passport and BRP? Or they will do the copies and return back the originals to me.?

Don't think you need a reason but ILR to ILR variation is not very common. She will NOT qualify for a Tier 1 dependent extension if you apply for ILR LR.
