I have had a good bit of experience with that. Simply get your husband to write a letter that you are living with him and he can sign that letter. That should be enough. i applied in oct 2015 ..yesss 2015 .. still no answer .. they asked me to submit my Passport n PSP nr .which i did .... n still wait .. kinda fedup of it .. at this point im like " i don't give a S** about it " im so upset .. even my application was straight forwrd .

LOL i have applied in oct 20155555 .and a guy i knw he applied inDec 2015 .. we both got 5year visa but citizen application is still pendin .and they don't even need further documents...

Guys i knw immigration delay 95%of the applications .and its becaz many of us gain Visas on fakee marriages n fakee documents and now we all have to pay the price. Only thing i advice they if ur marriage is genuine n ur doc or real SO NOTHIN TO BE WORRIED ABOUT.. ITS is your rights so fight for it ..

Usually the don't issue visa more thn ur passport expiry date .. so if her passport expired now so how did she got visa until 2020 ?? Anyway inform them n it will b sorted .im after doin the same ..they didn't ask anythin .

Get as many evidence of her livin her as possible.. P.60 of each years n bills with her name Dr letters PRTB letter .. You have to write lil more detail about your situation to get a right answer from someone ..
Is it your 1st application or 2nd time ?
Have you got any letter from inis ? If not so you will get one it could take up to 1 month or more even to get a temporary visa .

My friend got his 10 years eufam letter after 6 month temp visa expired n he renewed for another 2 month on a same letter n finally last week of his 2nd month end he got tha great news . I neva even heard of 10 years eufam before .but i read the letter
