Re: New Appointment Centre UKVCAS

In my case, I have also dependents so for each dependent I upload all documents into one folder Proof of Application. I uploaded all documents into the folder Proof of Application. This is easy for the caseworker to view documents. Don't worry about the quality of your scanned supporting documents, ...

Re: New Appointment Centre UKVCAS

I uploaded all documents into the folder Proof of Application. This is easy for the caseworker to view documents. Don't worry about the quality of your scanned supporting documents, as long as you can see them clearly. The staff at your appointment center will do the scan of your passport even if yo...

Applied on 22nd Nov didn't get any email or letter. visa approved on 23rd got BRP directly to home. Seems likes informing about the application process seems not to be working.

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

If there had been any problem, they would have contacted you already. Two possibilities: they have not touched your application yet, or you will get your letters/BRP suddenly.

Re: New Appointment Centre UKVCAS

This email suggests that it is hopeful to get some refund. From their service adverts, the super priority is within 24 hours and the priority is within 10 working days. The gap between these two service options is £100. So, it is likely that a refund of £100 could be given if the decision was made w...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I would suggest you to call them back and not mentioning you have got emails. Each time you will meet different person so no worry, just to make sure that they note down your details. They should have responded to you immediately because it is 24 hour service - this is what I was told by one of the ...

You should not be worried about whom it should be addressed to. Simply: To Whom It May Concern.

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

After the call, I got an email saying that my application is still within standard public time etc. It implies that they had not touched my application. But just few minutes later, a caseworker contacted me about my application. So, obviously calling contact centre does help making things move.

Re: Submitted Online Form today - have I applied to early?

I think it is likely no problem at all. I am using new system. A caseworker (looking at my entry date while it should be visa issue date) nicely contacted me saying that I am not eligible yet and ask if I would like to keep the application until I am eligible. This indicates that they do try their b...

Congratulations daisyuk - it was a quick wait for you! It seems doing via an agent is quicker? I have seen two cases receiving letters within only 2 days.

Re: Breaking News - Home Office admits errors for 322(5)

Regarding this error, do they call back those had been refused and grant them the ILR? or the decision once has been made never be reconsidered?

Re: Date Of Application - ILR

This is a risk and I know at least one member being in the same situation as yours having had to cancel the application (then claim for refund) and re-applying within 28 days of qualifying period. He did that for peace of mind. The decision is at the casework's discretion because I know they could c...

Try again, option 4 and then 1. I called them many times until I got a gentleman willing to take my details noted down.

Re: New ILR process, Time to decision

You should call the number 03001232241 choose option 4 and then 1. Explain your situation and there is an officer nicely taking down your details. You will be contacted very shortly by the caseworker. It worked for me. My appointment was 2 days after yours. Hi manibala, have you got your BRP yet? As...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Thank you Daisy but their explanation re 24 hour turnaround time is ridiculous! They could have said they did not promise but aim to make decision within 24 hours! Yes, you can upload, remove files etc until you get your biometrics taken. basically, If I submit application and pay today and choose the centre appointment for Friday 7/12/18, will I be able to upload the documents anytime I want in the next one week from today? Can we log in and log out anytime t...
