Re: Pre-action letter for Tier 1 Extn Delay - 5 months

Hi, I am waiting for 18 months now and yesterday I sent an email to complain department too. But did not mention anything in my letter about PAP. Is it possible for you to share the related section of the letter the lawyer wrote you about PAP?
Thanks

Re: visa refused!!!urgent!!!help me please

I am telling you based my experience. Pay for application fee by cheque. It takes longer for them to take money and relatively they will send the biometric letter later. For me it took 3 weeks until they cash the cheque and sent me the biometric letter.

Re: 50k ext refused

Sorry to hear that. If I were you, I would call HO and ask about an update. If they say it is still not completed it means the refusal is not valid yet but if they say it is decided unforetunately it might be right.
Hope the best outcome for you.

Re: Application in process and court judgment

If somebody blamed you for the money that owes to a company. Firstly, you need to identify who is the "company", does the company is a private company? If the company is a private company, I do not think you should be panic or whatsoever, like marcnath said, civil matter is unlikely to affect your ...

Re: Application in process and court judgment

Thanks marcnath.
They are going to court and threaten for bankruptcy. I have two options: going to court and defend myself or pay them in full which is so unfair.
What about my current visa application? Does it get affected?
Thanks

Subject Access Request for 2nd time

Dear members I have applied more than 15 months ago and still no result. Last year in early Dec. I asked for SAR that showed the result of interview as credible. As Nothing helped me to know about my case (MP, letters, calls..) I was thinking to ask for the second time for SAR so maybe I get a clue ...

Hi, I had my interview at Bradford center last year. It was a skype interview. And you do not need to take anything with yourself unless they asked you in the letter to bring something.

I have also applied in Aug 2016 and no result yet.
It is strange! If they wanted to refuse you based on interview, why it took this long!!

Did you contact MP or send any letter?

Is your business in profit or loss? Did you take any salaries or wages?
