Depends on what you are claiming points, as investment or showing access to money. If you claimed money is in the personal bank account, it better be there until you hear back the results of your case. If you claimed it as investment in the business, it can be spent as you wish. Congrats. I am also switching from gent but it is four months and had an interview. I transfer the money from personal to business account and prepare director loan agreement and also kept that money in the business account for 90 days to ensure there is no problem. What did u do?

Thanks. Do you think it is better to pay the fine without apeal or apeal first. In case they accept it, the delay looks better without fine!

Could someone advice me plz
If I file the self assessment and solve the issue with hmcr by paing the fine or winning the apeal, do I need to contact with caseworker or not? Is it gonna make it worse? Is it a civil penalty at all?

You technically get 9 months (if you file online) from the end of tax year in April to submit your SA . There is no excuse to say you were busy.
