Hi Zimba I wasn’t sure if I had to start a new topic or ask my questions here. I apologize to the member that I ask my question here. My child went to a nursery school when he was 3 years old. As the procedure, we applied through the council but never asked for 30 hours. However, the council’s rule ...

I am not going for the ext as my 10 years will be complete a year before that. My agreement was laon for the period of 10 years. I have already spent at least twi...

Take back some amount of DL

Hi dear members. After a long 18 months wait, I could successfully switch my visa from GE to E visa in Feb 2018. My 10 years residency will finish in April 2020, so I do not need to go for the extension. Now, can I get back some part of director loan from the company? In my original agreement the du...

Re: Min wage and set (LR)

Could someone please reply to me? Also, I could not pay my corporation tax wholly by the deadline this year, I called HMRC and they agreed to pay it by instalment. Does this affect my credit? What things should I be careful to ensure no problem at the time of applying for Set (LR) other than working...

Re: Shocked and Disappointed- ILR application at Premium appointment centre refused

Hi I say, they are saying they made a mistake not letting you to attend the interview on 6th. Obviously, you still could submit the application on 6th so they refund the fee of your premium service. Also, they accept your application and issue you the biometric letter. It seems it is a valid applica...

Re: Urgent - Document update to HO while Application in progress

So sorry for your refusal. About invoices, I think you can argue that you had an electronic version of those and if requested you could print them. Everything you buy, always they sent you an invoice or a confirmation email. There is no need to keep hard evidence of all receipts. Please correct me i...

Re: Its been 1 Year, really in depression, loosing business, Pls help

The only thing that I think helped (obviously after the mercy of Allah) was writing a letter to complain department. And said that we are not assalym see...

complaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

Just explain the situation and 18 months is a long and unfair time. Nothing especial and did not mention pre action protocol or anything else. But I think after that they realised that it gas been 18 months and the visa approved 8 days after that!

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa Refused

ok. So the funding issue was the reason for the rejection of your second application. I can only wish you luck with your appeal. It appears to be a tough case but not entirely unhopeful. UKVI has just changed the rules to remove the requirement that the business statement should have your name for ...

Re: Pre-action letter for Tier 1 Extn Delay - 5 months

Sending PAP to HO for delaying your application makes no sense. In most cases, PAP is sent to HO in case they have done something unlawful and you want to challenge them in the court. Delaying an application is not an unlawful act and you cannot challenge them in a court over it. Such an opportunis...
