thanks sushdmehta for your great help, so the employer nees to sponsor them again for one month in order to apply for ILR. anyone applied successfully ILR with this gap in the past? sorry to go on they need to spend lot of money tier 2 as well as after one month for ILR

the jobtitle should be skilled senior carer as per the code 6115 and that has been removed from the shortage occupation from 6th april onwards.

if you read the relevant code of practice it clearly says skilled senior carer

my understanding is that the maximum you can put 45hrs and the minimum is 30 am i right? salary would have been ok if yr company would have put 45 hrs right?
