Hi

I'm have appointment with NCS soon, my referees already filled the form . the first referee is british citizen professional and the 2nd refree filled by a different nationality professional. would that be okay. please advise

mathew, sorry for the late reply. if you had given adaption/registered nurse work permit and that would count towards ILR but if you were given a student nurse visa to adaptation that wont count towards ILR.

Mr.lookforward , many thanks for your reply. if i apply on september first week, i dont need to declare it ? do i? is there any way we can get a letter from HMCS that its actually spent etc.. is there any central office for that? please reply.

i'm confused the dates. i'm not sure whether it is on 28th august 2005 OR 25th August 2005. where i find out this. the DVLA hasnt got any record now. please advise?

jimbo_uk, many thanks for yr reply. the endorsement date on the license wa 25th august 2005. the date i mentioned was on the counterpart license.

my dear gentleman arsenal49-: my question was very simple . she has got a student visa and employer ready to sponsor her on Tier-2. once she gets the reference number [Tier-2] can she apply for Visa in India ? instead of applying here? there were in country and out country WPs in the past.

the thing is , she got one month hoilday. and it takes only 2 weeks to have the visa in India whereas it will tak amost 6 weeks here in the UK. the question is whether he can apply Tier 2 visa in India while she is on holiday --thanks--

one of my friend is getting a sponsorship under tier-2. she is going for a month holiday to India , after getting the sponsorship [reference number] can she get a entry clearance from India during her holiday time?, instead of applying here. she is currently in the UK. thenka in advance

can friends please help. just some queries regarding the overseas student doing NVQ level 3 and 4 in the UK. the Tier -4 policy guidlines says the can work 35 work per week. 20hrs general student entitlement and 15 hrs work based learning. the employers are convinced by this. can we write to the UKB...

if the employer is willing to give £7.80/hr as wages , why can he add skilled in the job title. you are likely to get a refused again. the case worker goes along with the guidlines only.

Tier2 and Biometric

From january onwards all tier 2 applicants require to obtain the biometric in order to apply. how about the people already done when they apply for a student visas in India. do they need to do again when they apply for Tier 2?
