Yes you are entitled to be registered, You do meet all the requirements, and would have had right-of-abode in the UK if you mother had been able to pass it down to you like male British Citizens (Or citizens of the UK and Colonies as it was at the time) could have done prior to 1983. Make sure you c...

Re: I dont want my husband to apply for a dependent visa

If he intends to try and bring his mother out permanently I wouldn't worry, the only applicable visa would be an "adult dependent relative" which I do not know the figures for how many are granted but is basically impossible to be successful. The UK does not support family members immigrating at all...

Re: Lived in UK for 18 years but no Citizenship?

You mostly likely have the nationality of your parents and should approach the relevant embassy for a passport. Otherwise, you can naturalise due to holding ILR and having been resident for five years or register as a British citizen due to having been born in the UK and spent the first ten years of...

Re: Need to bring my children from India to settle with me ?

VAF4A is the form and you have to pay the immigration health surcharge too. The 20 year old unfortunately won't qualify for a settlement visa but the younger two should, provided you can prove sole responsibility. Are you sure it is "VAF4A"? It says only if you're applying from North Korea. - https...

Re: Failed asylum seeker in durable relantionship applicatio

Living together for less than a year will fall way short of meeting the 24 months of co-habitation required. Even less chance if you don't have children together. Durable partners with less than two years cohabitation are likely to fail, If they refuse your residence card you will be better off reapplying after you marry.

It depends on which country was covering your health care in the UK, i.e. which EEA country were in before you came to the UK you will have to contact them.

Yes you acquire PR automatically, You will just be applying for a document to prove your PR. I'd say it would be harder because you have to have enough evidence cover five years instead of just the current period for a Resignation certificate or residence card. So much sure you keep your documents i...
