Hi i would not worry every case is different due to different case workers, the case workers have different case loads. To get BC good character is one of the requirements that must be met. There are some cases of people being denied BC due to lack of good character. I suggest you apply for your BC and answer the questions truthfully on the AN form and wait for the case workers decision, try not to worry about it and...

Hi,

You need to wait for the UKVI to give you a decision on the reconsideration, hopefully your solicitor receiving a positive letter after a long wait yesterday means you will get a decision soon.

You do not need to worry, at the point of application you answered truthfully by saying you have no convcitions or offences, this has happened after you have submitted your application try not to worry and patiently wait for the decision

If you got married in the UK you can request a copy of your marriage certificate it costs £9.25

From what i understand from reading this forum the whole BC is meant to take 6 months but there are people who have been waiting for over a year. If you only applied in Jan keep waiting your biometric letter will come eventually most times we have to exercise patience with the UKVI

Hi can someone please help. I have been lawfully living in the U.K for over 10 years, I received my ILR this May 2016 i just got married to a BC can i apply for naturalisation now or do i still wait for May next year when i have had ILR for 12 months
